No Returns for Opened Products: No returns due to the nature of the products

Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged (broken, leaking, or in any other compromised condition), please let us know within 24 hours of delivery, along with a video of the unboxing. We will take a look and, if applicable, replace or refund the damaged item.

Return Process: 
Chinar’s Natural is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, a refund or replacement is available only if reported within 24 hours with video proof of the unboxing.
Our team will review the request; refunds or replacements will not cover damages due to neglect or improper use.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
